Don't work out. Aireforme.
A practice of alignment, elastic power, and return — to how your body was designed to move.
Bands that move like your fascia.
Your fascia is one continuous web — the chains that connect hands to feet, transmitting force and storing elastic energy through every movement.
The Aireforme bands lace through the Wave and anchor to your hands and feet, becoming an external extension of that web. They maintain the fascia's natural recoil and support your body through fluid, three-dimensional motion.
The signature S-curve does the rest. It cradles your spine in its natural shape, creating decompression and lift — while variable band resistance scales the load and distributes force across the chains.
Everything you need, in one Wave.
A five-piece system, ready the moment it arrives — nothing else to buy.

Born from unresolved pain.
I was born with a congenital defect — my femurs turned outward, corrected with braces before I could walk. The moment they came off, I hit the ground dancing and never looked back.
Dance gave me everything, then took its toll: arthritis, herniated discs, degenerative disc disorder. The pain cut my career short. I turned to Pilates to survive it, and the spine corrector became my lifeline — it let me rebuild my lower back and neck from the inside out.
Teaching for years, I saw the same gap in my students: they needed resistance, but the bands had to originate at the core. The idea struck to bring the spine corrector and resistance training together. Then Covid hit — and that uncertainty pushed me to build the solution.
So I designed the Wave. An ergonomic form that fits the spine and the neck — the human S-curve, with a rib cage, and bands lacing through that align with the shoulders and hips. At 49, I feel more in control and stronger than I did in my 20s.
